We aim to handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act and other applicable privacy requirements. Institutions remain responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to upload student, staff, guardian, and academic records into the platform.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us host, secure, communicate, process payments, or support the platform, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls.
User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal data where applicable.
