Use of the Platform
By using IngestLMS, institutions and users agree to use the platform for lawful education, training, administration, and related purposes only. Account owners are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, the activity under their accounts, and permissions granted to their users.
Institution Responsibilities
Institutions are responsible for obtaining any required consent or legal basis before uploading learner, staff, guardian, academic, billing, or other personal information. Users must not misuse the service, interfere with platform security, upload unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
Product Updates
IngestLMS may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Subscription, payment, cancellation, and refund terms should be defined in the applicable order form or plan page.
Availability
The service is provided with reasonable care, but no technology service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these draft terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
